We created this darling little girls apron using our Linen Round Mat & remnant fabric.
First we measured for size and stitched under the sides, bottom and top of our chosen fabric.
We allowed enough room at the top for a bit of a ruffle.
After embroidery, we folded our Linen Round Mat
and pressed it with a steam iron to mark our stitch line.

Then flip the Linen Round Mat so that the stitch is under and run straight
line stitch all the way down.

It should look like this (below).

Use Grosgrain Ribbon and stitch along the top and bottom.
Run elastic cord under the ribbon and stitch to secure.
Allow plenty of ribbon to tie a big bow in the back!

We finished it off with pom pom fringe for extra fun!
